ORDERING A QUARTER, HALF, OR WHOLE BEEF

  We offer a superior grass finished beef.  All our beef is whole carcass dry aged 21 days so we always have halves hanging in the cooler. We charge $3.50/ lb. on the hanging weight for whole and halves and $3.70/lb for quarters.  These prices include the cut and wrap. Whole hang weights can range from 550 lb up to 800 lb. You may contact us to find out weights that are currently available, your choice.  We require a $100.00 deposit. If you are ordering a half or whole we will contact you to get your cut order.  Qarters come in standard cuts although we try to work with you if you need certain cuts....  We deliver to most areas in the Willamette Valley from Eugene to Beaverton. Steaks are 2 to a pkg., ground beef is in a 1 lb. pkg., and roasts weigh 2-3 lb.
